four、 CQC certification factory review and other precautions
（1） Review content: Factory quality assurance capability+product consistency inspection
1. Factory quality assurance capability review Review according to CQC's "Factory Quality Assurance Capability Requirements" and "Factory Inspection Record Form".
2. Product consistency check: Conduct consistency checks on products applying for certification, with a focus on verifying the following:
(1) The consistency between the identification (nameplate) of the certified product and the type test report;
(2) The consistency between the structure of certified products and the type test samples;
(3) Verify the consistency between the important components/parts of the certified product and the "List of Important Components/Parts" in the type test report;
(4) Conduct on-site inspections according to the 'Routine Inspection Items and Confirmation Inspection Items Table'.
3. Initial factory inspection method: The initial factory inspection can be conducted separately or combined with the initial inspection or supervision inspection of CCC certification.
（2） Initial factory review time: Generally, the initial factory review is conducted after the type test is qualified. Type testing and factory review can also be conducted simultaneously as needed. The factory inspection time is determined based on the number of units of the certified product being applied for, taking into account the factory's production scale. Generally, each processing site has 1 to 4 person days. The specific review time is provided in the "Special Requirements for Product Certification Implementation Rules" of the corresponding product. The travel time of the auditors is calculated as half a working day per day and is not included in the number of people/days listed above.
