1、 Certification Introduction
The Korean Knowledge Economy Department (MKE) implements and adopts the national unified KC mark, called the "KC Mark" mark. According to the "Korean Electrical Appliance Safety Management Act", since January 1, 2009, electrical product safety certification has been divided into two types: electrical appliance safety certification and self regulatory safety confirmation certification. KC is a mandatory certification in South Korea, and domestic or foreign manufacturers must obtain safety certification from South Korea before importing electronic products to South Korea. KCC certification is EMC certification, mainly for EMI&EMS, wireless, SAR and other parts. 2、 KC Certified Product Catalog
According to the Korean Electrical Appliance Safety Management Act, electrical product safety certification has been divided into mandatory certification and self regulatory (voluntary) certification since January 1, 2009.
Mandatory certification refers to the requirement that all electronic products belonging to mandatory products must obtain KC Mark certification before they can be sold in the Korean market Annual factory inspections and product sampling tests are required.
Self regulatory (voluntary) certification refers to all electronic products belonging to voluntary products that only need to be tested to obtain a certificate and do not need to undergo factory inspection. The certificate is valid for 5 years.
