1、 Introduction to CQC certification

4、 CQC certification, factory review and other precautions
（1） Review content: factory quality assurance capability + product consistency inspection
1. Factory quality assurance capability review Review according to CQC requirements for factory quality assurance capability and factory inspection record form.
2. Product consistency inspection: check the consistency of the products applying for certification, focusing on the following contents:
(1) The identity (nameplate) of the certified product is consistent with that indicated in the type test report;
(2) The consistency between the structure of the certified product and the type test sample;
(3) Verify the consistency between the important parts / components of the product and the list of important parts / components in the type test report;
(4) Conduct on-site inspection according to the table of routine inspection items and confirmed inspection items.
3. Method of initial Factory review: the initial Factory review can be conducted separately or combined with the initial review or supervision review of CCC certification.
（2） Initial Factory review time: generally, the initial Factory review shall be conducted after the type test is qualified. Type test and Factory review can also be carried out at the same time as required. The factory review time is determined according to the number of units of the products applied for certification, with due consideration to the production scale of the factory. Generally, each processing site is 1-4 person days. The specific review time is given in the special requirements for the implementation rules of product certification for corresponding products. The auditor's time on the road is calculated as half a working day, which is not within the number of people / days listed above.
